Beyond Basketball Academy Dubai Jobs 2022 Full Job Description
We are looking for a driven, talented, and detailed oriented individual to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for upselling our services to potential customers. You will also be responsible for calling the customers and answering all their questions.
As an ideal candidate, you should make sure that you offer outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. You should possess a phenomenal ability to communicate with customers efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
· Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to register or re-register.
· Generating promising leads.
· Accurately recording details of customer’s registrations as well as any feedback
· Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
· Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with the company’s services.
· Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
· Keeps contact and financial information confidential.
· Uses popular telemarketing software.
· Meets or exceeds quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
IT Literate in Word, Outlook & Excel
Strong customer service and sales skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding telephone manner in English
Excellent command of spelling and grammar
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Office environment in UAE
Daily reporting is essential.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
Self-motivated and dedicated
Excellent time management
Ability to carry out administrative tasks quickly and accurately
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
The candidate is expected to have at least 2 years of experience in this field in the UAE and priority will be given to those who are holding a valid UAE driving License
Compensation:
· Total compensation package: between 6,000 to 7,000 AED monthly depending on experience, PLUS bonuses (can reach up to 9k per month after bonuses)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Salary: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
