About this role
- Responsible for coordinating with Jebel Ali Operations Support Base and the Procurement Department for timely availability of all critical Offshore Material requirements through proper logistics planning and organization;
- Responsible for manning the Radio Room establishing effective communications with all relevant parties, monitoring and coordinating helicopter and marine movements and establishing and maintaining clear communications during emergencies;
- Good Planning and Organization skills;
- Computer Literate – thorough working knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite and Material Data System.
What you need to bring
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the area of radio operations and/or in a Warehouse Operations and Logistics;
- High School Education, University Degree desirable;
- Experience in remote are or offshore environment preferable;
- Radio Operator’s Certificate of competence for VHF radios;
- Knowledge of radio operations to communicate with Vessel Captains/crew preferable.
