We are currently looking for dynamic Estate Agents (Lettings and Sales) to support continuous company growth and service our ever-growing pool of clients. We work to high standards and value and reward our employees for their commitment and success.
The property consultant is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, must develop an ethical approach and understand the property market with a focus on the area assigned to him/her.
Job Responsibilities Include
• Assisting clients in a professional ethical manner in finding them a suitable property to reside in.
• Achieving sales targets / KPI’s.
• Stay up-to-date with the property market and new Projects.
• Ensure a professional relationship with prospective clients and Landlords.
• Ensure all enquiries are attended to within a timely manner.
• Follow-up with your clients on a regular basis.
• Update records on the CRM regularly and accurately.
• Follow company’s policy and procedure for each transaction.
Salary:
AED 20,000 to 100,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
