RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Greet visitors in a professional manner
· Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly
· Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
· Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
· Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail
· Answering social media account such as Whatsapp & Instagram in a Professional manner
· Assisting on Bridal customers and fittings
· Buying Local materials (to be discuss during the interview)
· Preparing the materials for the ordered dresses
· Scheduling and organizing timetable for the customer and tailors
· Bridal assistance and helping in weddings (to be discuss during the interview)
· Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary
· Perform other administrative support tasks
· Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
QUALIFICATIONS:
· With experience and excellent English language skills.
· Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
· Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
· Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently

Salary: From AED2,500.00 per month
