Head of Marketing & Comms (m/f/d)
HUGO BOSS Middle East FZ LLC | Dubai | United Arab Emirates | Full-time

We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Comms (m/f/d) who wants to make a difference and drive things forward.

What you can expect:

Planning and developing the annual marketing & communications strategy
Setting annual budgets and managing department operational costs
Overseeing the administration and distribution of marketing and communications tools, policies and procedures; internally and externally
Ensuing the annual marketing and communications plans are transparent to all areas of the wider HUGO BOSS business including publicity and retail marketing focuses
Create and execute ongoing integrated programs and initiatives for Wholesale, Retail & Digital
Ensure all strategies elevate the HUGO BOSS brand and drive existing and new customers to store at full price
Create, identify and implement integrated visibility programs as well as develop fiscal budgets and oversee proper spending
Strategize new and creative ways to garner media, and strategize and develop a more comprehensive press strategy
Build and maintain relationships with key national; work to secure feature and exclusive stories in national print and broadcast outlets; establish strategic media relations plans for new collections
Develop and maintain relationships with celebrities, influencers, athletes, and sports agencies in order to garner additional corporate features/representation for the brand
Serve as primary liaison for third-party partners to ensure proper project management for example, fashion week, sports sponsorships and philanthropic endeavors
Oversee and manage staff as well as outside PR agencies where applicable
Manage the roll out and growth of the HUGO BOSS CRM system across VIP growth, data analysis and communication to store
Your profile:

Bachelor’s Degree is required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in global, branded consumer environment, ideally an apparel business
Profound experience with central-local organization set-ups and the respective areas of responsibility that allow the fully leveraging central and local expertise
Budget responsibility and accountability
Multifunctional leadership experience as well as managing a full complement of PR/communications and marketing functions. Ideally experienced in bot PR and marketing, but PR / communications is a must
Proven track record in brand building, marketing and communication in the US for casual premium fashion brands
Building brand image and equity through a quantitative and ROI driven approach
Strong written & verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
