Job Description
This Role is important to ensure that the company reaches its target and operates effectively using operations strategies and objectives.Oversees all activity of the operations department, supervises, and directs the daily activities.Observes and analyzes the overall efficacy of the department and ensures things are moving smoothly. He also reports his findings to upper management as needed.This role is important to ensure the company reaches its target and operates effectively using operations strategies and objectives.Main Duties and Responsibilities –
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving and QA vehicles, then deliver vehicles to dealers.
Measure and report the effectiveness of HUB activities and employee’s performance.
Organize and maintain inventory and yard storage.
Ensure vehicle and inventory transactions accuracy.
Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
Maintain vehicle records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project HUB status.
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
DDD, Daily deep dive, with key people of each function.
Other Duties –

Track expenses related to fuel, and vehicle maintenance.
Maintain a checklist of odometer for company cars (PRO)
Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
Filing AMC contracts related to HUB, and make sure they are renewed before the expiry date.
Weekly one on one with the team.
Key Performance Indicators-

Inventory accuracy
Efficiency and quality of title transfer
Speed of Deliveries & costs

Qualifications
Education/Qualifications – Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or relevant fields.Experience –
10 plus years of experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role.
Customer Service Experience
RTA Experience.
Candidate will be based in Riyadh
He should be from Automotive industry
Have handled logistics, good understanding of RTA title transfers, Good understanding of vehicle mechanics
Have management a team 15 -20 people
Native Arabic Speaker
