GLOBAL PRODUCT MANAGER – PATIENT MONITORING
COMPANY
Mackinnon Bruce International are partnered with a long-standing repeat client that manufacturer and distribute Medical Devices in the field of Non-Invasive Patient Monitoring, their innovative products are used within the Intensive Care Unit, Paediatric Intensive Care and Sleep Centres globally. We are working exclusively to identify a Global Product Manager to join the team based in North America.
ROLE
The Global Product Manager will be responsible for leading the product development strategy and execution for their Non-Invasive Patient Monitoring portfolio on a global scale. This is a combination of both Upstream & Downstream product management. The global product manager is responsible for:
- Evaluate market opportunities for the Patient Monitoring products across North America (primary focus) as well as LATAM, EMEA & APAC.
- Develop and maintain global product line business plans
- Competitive Analysis & Product market assessment
- Organize and conduct pre-launch clinical usability trials in conjunction with R&D
- Design and execute global product launches
- Partner with marketing team with product documentation and messaging
- Develop and maintain strategic product roadmaps
- Participate in evaluation of strategic R&D initiatives
- Liaise with market development team for recruitment and relationship management of KOLs
- Solicit white papers and case studies from customers.
- Determine needs and options for proactive post-market surveillance.
REQUIREMENT
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Product Management with relevant experience in upstream product management and strong clinical experience in one of the following areas; Respiratory Care/Pulmonary, Critical Care, Patient Monitoring, Ventilation or Anaesthesia and with exposure to the Intensive Care or Neonatal Intensive Care Units. The position can be a remote based position ideally based on the East Coast of the USA however this is no mandatory.
